A collection of songs and detritus recorded between 2005 and 2010. Engineered by Denali Lawson, Matt Lawrence and Seneca Flowers. Some songs kind of mixed by Kyle Styche and/or Trevor Morris. Background vocals by the GNRP Defence League.

"I Hate Assholes" recorded at The Furnace Room in the summer of 2009 by Trevor Morris.

"Burn The Mish", "Killdozer", "Stabbed In The Shell" and "Fear Before" recorded at The House of The Dead, summer 2005.

"The Ballad of CR" recorded July 2005 for a CR tribute record that never came out.

"Sock Woman" recorded July 2005, originally by MENTAL ABUSE, Emilie Mankopf sang the girl parts. Matt Lawrence improvised the guitar solo on the spot.

"Victim Impact Statement" recorded July 2005, originally by PROGNOSIS NEGATIVE, music written by John O' Neal. Lyrics by Mike Carpenter.

"King Me" and "Perry Street Shuffle" recorded at Sótano del Carpentero in Denver during the unusually blustery winter of 2008/2009. These two songs were recorded while the band was writing and rehearsing demos for the No More Unity EP.

"Mindless" Originally by INFEST, recorded live at Sox Place in Denver on June 30, 2006.

"Can't Close Your Legs" recorded live at Thrashin' Manor in Fort Collins on August 19, 2005. This was the only time we played this song. We had planned to put out a record called the "Can't Close Your Legs" EP in the summer of 2006 but only completed demos for three songs. Turmoil and stress and moving and touring took our attention spans and our songs elsewhere.

"Hassoh (DJ Frat Burglar Megamixxxx)" 2008 radio edit of the original eight minute epic techno masterpiece.

Assembled and mastered at The Radon Room in Denver, CO in May 2015.
